How does the first visit work?
After you request a quote and approve the price, we schedule your first cleanup, scoop the whole yard, and set you up on a regular route from there.
Do I need to be home during service?
Nope. As long as we can safely access the yard, you don't need to be home. We'll text you when we arrive and when we finish.
What do you do with the waste?
We bag everything and dispose of it properly. We can place it in your bin or haul it away — just let us know your preference.
Are there contracts?
No contracts. Our plans are flat-rate and you can pause, change, or cancel anytime.
What about my dogs during the visit?
Friendly dogs are welcome to hang out. If yours get territorial, we just ask that they're kept inside or leashed while we work.
